This is "The Event" a fight between two top welterweight, the reigning pound-for-pound king and 7-time world champion Manny Pacquiao against a legitimate welterweight Joshua Clottey for the WBO welterweight championship of the world.
This should have been the megafight of Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather. But instead the reigning pound-for-pound king will face off another formidable opponent Joshua Clottey on March 13, 2010 at the new Dallas Cowboys Stadium.
Clottey (35-3-0-1NC with 20KO) a former welterweight champion has never been defeated by knockout. This will be a great test for the Pacquiao who is known to drop his opponents.
